Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by 2N'Z Tech, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, software solutions, IT consulting, branding, and digital marketing. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

2N'Z Tech provides customized IT services, including:

Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, Hybrid)
Web Development (CMS, eCommerce, Custom Web Solutions)
Software Engineering (Custom ERP/CRM systems)
UI/UX Design
IT Consulting
DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure
AI-Powered Chatbots and Tools
Digital Marketing and Branding Services

Each service is governed by a mutually agreed proposal, quotation, or contract.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials required for the execution of services.
Approve project milestones and feedback in a timely manner.
Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed terms in invoices or contracts.
Maintain a backup of their content and data.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due as per the schedule defined in the proposal or invoice.
Late payments may result in delays, project suspension, or termination.
No refunds are offered once work has commenced, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Payment gateways, bank fees, or transaction charges (if any) are to be borne by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the work delivered remain with 2N'Z Tech until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final product and related intellectual property, unless otherwise specified.
2N'Z Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or for promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
Confidentiality extends to source code, business information, client data, and proprietary tools.
NDAs can be signed upon request.

7. Revisions and Support

The scope of revisions is defined in the project agreement.
Any additional revisions or features beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Post-delivery support and maintenance can be arranged under a separate agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

2N'Z Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered products or services.
We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or system downtime due to client-side hosting, third-party services, or external factors.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.
In case of early termination, the client is obligated to pay for all completed work and hours invested.
2N'Z Tech reserves the right to terminate service in cases of abusive behavior, non-payment, or breach of terms.

10. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may integrate third-party APIs, plugins, or libraries as part of the service.
2N'Z Tech is not liable for the failure or discontinuation of third-party services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
